Through the reservation and contact form on the website we collect the following personal data:
- Name and surname.

- Phone number.
- Date, time and number of guests for the requested booking.
- Message or notes voluntarily provided by the user (allergies, occasion, special requests).
No special categories of data are collected. If you share information about allergies or dietary restrictions, that information will be processed exclusively to manage the reservation and serve you properly during the meal.
3. Purposes and lawful basis for processing
Purposes: to manage reservation requests received through the website, to contact the user to confirm, modify or cancel the booking, to handle enquiries and to provide the requested restaurant service.
Lawful basis: the consent of the data subject, given by submitting the form after ticking the corresponding checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Recipients and international transfers

We keep the data associated with a reservation request for one (1) year from the date of the reservation, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the information for a longer period or it is necessary to handle any potential claims. Once this period has elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.
